Heute ist schon den 30.12.2011, 2011 ist schon fast vorbei, nur noch ein Tag, wie schnell die Zeit sich vergeht…
I can’t believe it; 2011 is coming to an end! Who would have believed it? It feels for me as if it's just started yesterday. But now I guess I’ve to start my goodbyes to 2011 and welcome 2012!
Dear 2011, sometimes you weren’t faithful to me in other words you didn’t treat me well, you had lots of surprises ...you brought good and bad things, but mainly when I think deeply, I don’t really like you, maybe in another life we would have been best friends…
But I must confess that, I’m very thankful, for everything that I was able to reach this year…
Weather it was a new life, new atmosphere, new experiences, new friends and of course for everything I leaned during this whole year!
I’d like to thank everyone who stood beside me, during my tough days, for those who cheered me up, for those who gave me their shoulders, a back to hold on … For those who gave me the strength to stay strong and believe in my self. For those who taught me to look for my purposes in life and go for it.
I’m very grateful for getting to know new people, weather they live here in Egypt or are abroad; even some of them became close friends.
In this year, lots of things have changed in my life. I became more mature and responsible.
I learned that everything happens for a reason and never give up for your dreams!
I created the most dreamy story that you can every imagine hahaha and learned that fairy tales are too far away from our reality and from the truth it self- I should really stop Daydreaming!
I’m thankful for concluding 2011 with an Omra in Mecca.
And finally a New Year is the time to forget every bad memory of the past year and start your life afresh. So, get up and hug a friend with whom you had a fight lately, get up and hug your parents and promise them you will not hurt them anymore, give a self hug and promise to yourself that come what may you would remain truthful to yourself, hug a poor kid and tell him/her that he/she is not alone, Help the needy and abolish the greedy from your life.
May what you see in the mirror delight you, and what others see in you delight them. May someone love you enough to forgive your faults, be blind to your blemishes, and tell the world about your virtues.
And may we live in a world at peace and with the awareness of God's love in every sunset, every flower's unfolding petals, every baby's smile, every lover's kiss, and every wonderful, astonishing, miraculous beat of our heart.
