April Fifteenth, Two Thousand and Seven

I remember it very well. I could still see the whole picture lively in front of me, as if it was yesterday. I still hear it. I still feel it. I can’t believe it. Eight years have passed! Can you believe it? I was young. I was too far away. Maybe that’s why it made it a bit easier for me. And I wasn’t able to understand and realize it clearly. I wish I could have seen you one last time. I wish I had stayed in your arms a bit longer last time you hugged me. I wish I stayed longer with you. I wish our conversations were longer. I’m back, but you are not here any longer. But I’m sure you are in a better place. I miss you.

There’s a Reason

There’s a reason why I had to take some serious steps in my life. There’s a reason why at some point of my life I was not okay with my decision afterwards. There’s a reason why I had to deal with something’s in that particularly way. There’s a reason why I’m satisfied now with my decisions and couldn’t be happier. There’s a reason why I was so stubborn for the fact that I wanted to change things. There’s a reason why I couldn’t change things. There's a reason why things are the way they are.. If there's one thing that I' ve learned, it would be that one can’t write nor run from his very own destiny. Everything is written for our own sake. Even if you can’t believe it yet, you will thank God later on. For he is the one who saves us and knows what’s best for us.

10 Rules of Zen ॐ

Image
I was reading a bit about Zen. Zen is an experientially finding one’s true self and the effort to identify that true self, which was found. Put very simply, Zen is the search and interpretation of one’s true self. It is no overestimation to say that that is Zen in its entirety. The purpose of Zen is, in the final analysis, the self and nothing else except the self. Having a bad day? It happens. Having your day go from good to bad because you spilled your coffee? Not okay! Don’t let an unconscious state of mind happen to you. 10 rules for staying Zen: 1. Let go of comparing 2. Let go of competing 3. Let go of judgments 4. Let go of anger 5. Let go of regrets 6. Let go of worrying 7. Let go of blame 8. Let go of guilt 9. Let go of fear 10. Laugh at least once a day ( especially if it’s about your inability to let go of any or all of the above! ) Namaste, Lady Breeze

"إليك قول رجل مجرب قال: من غيرة الحق أن لم يجعل لأحد إليه طريقا، ولم يؤيس أحدا من الوصول إليه، وترك الخلق في مفاوز التحير يركضون، وفي بحار الظن يغرقون، فمن ظن أنه واصل فاصله، ومن ظن أنه فاصل تاه، فلا وصول ولا مهرب عنه، ولا بد منه." نجيب محفوظ - ليالى ألف ليلة

‘Shut Up Your Mouse Obama’ can only represent Persistence and Bravery!

If you are an Egyptian or living in Egypt, you probably came across this statement:  “Listen your Obama, we are Egyptian women. You are, listen Obama, Shut up your mouse, shut up your mouse Obama! Sisi, yes, Sisi, yes. Morsi, no, Morsi, no.”   If you never heard of it you can watch this video to have a clearer overview: Mona Al- Beheiri, an Egyptian underprivileged woman  expresses her dissent, in a broken poor English and heavy Egyptian accent during the presidential elections in early 2014. Many people started to mock her on her poor English more over some folks believe she reflects the image of an uneducated and ignorant Egyptian women. Few days ago she appeared in the Arabs Got Talent Show for approximately 30 seconds and she was rejected. Some people say that someone made her turn up at that show, but that is not the problem. People left everything and started to feel ashamed and mocking her. Al- Beheiri is being used for chea...
